• 4 DAY MINIMUM RESERVATION: We will cancel any reservations made online for less then 4 days.

•STATE OF HAWAII TAXES AND FEE'S: There is a 4.712% sales tax. There is also $6.50 a day state of Hawaii surcharge on all rental vehicles. These are the only state fee's

•RESERVATIONS: We require your name, home phone and address; vehicle preference and second choice; where you are staying on Maui; Airline, flight numbers and time of arrival and departure; age of youngest driver if under 25 (no drivers under 21). Reservations held 14 days pending receipt of deposit or CC# to confirm. Deposit is refundable with 30 days written notice prior to date of arrival only. Child care seats available.

•WHAT TO EXPECT: An immaculately clean vehicle in good condition. Nobody has a better maintained fleet than ours. All our cars are equipped with radio. Expect personalized service, such as road maps and directions to your destination. You will be met at the airport near the visitors information counter or other locations to be arranged. Expect the same personalized service when departing. We will be happy to answer any questions to the best of our ability. We take pride in our service and our vehicles. We believe you will find this pride will be helpful in making your stay on Maui enjoyable.

•INSURANCE: Rates include state required no fault insurance.

•COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER: This coverage is highly recommended and we offer this for $26.95 a day ($1,000.00 deductible). Without this coverage you are responsible for any damage to your vehicle.

•PAYMENT: Please be prepared to make payment in full at the time your vehicle is rented. (Must have MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover cards.) Nobody offering anything close to our service meets our rates. There is no mileage charge.

•ARRIVALS: We do not recommend that you catch an earlier flight than scheduled. Your vehicle may not be clean or available. If your scheduled flight is late, DON"T WORRY; we will be waiting for you. On your arrival, please call us on our Car Rental Courtesy Phone or 877-4477.

We have tried to be as explicit as possible. We want you to know exactly what type of service you are going to receive, with a full disclosure of all the costs prior to accepting your reservation. YOU'LL APPRECIATE THE DIFFERENCE!
